My approach to care:

Elizabeth is a therapist whose core values of integrity, curiosity, and adaptability shape her approach to supporting clients. With over 4 years of experience, she specializes in teens to adults and works well with individuals who experience symptoms of anxiety, depression, OCD, low-self-esteem, and social anxiety. Her therapeutic style is person centered to create a safe and individualized approach to healing. Elizabeth is passionate about accountability and self-awareness to empower clients through meaningful change and believes in the resilience and potential of each person she works with.

When working together, clients can expect a comfortable, genuine, and supportive environment. Her approach is open-minded and eclectic that allows a customized experience to each person’s unique needs and goals. She views therapy as a shared journey, where she and her clients can work together to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to foster self-growth, confidence, and well-being.

“My path to becoming a therapist began with a realization that I had the opportunity to make others feel uplifted, heard, and understood,” said Elizabeth. “After earning my degree in Forensic Mental Health Counseling, I worked in both private practice and inpatient hospitalization settings. My experiences have helped to deepen my commitment to helping people and have taught me the importance of human connection.

I believe that nobody is perfect and has all the answers but with ongoing, dedicated efforts to learn and grow as a clinician, I am able to provide effective and informed mental health treatment. To stay current, I attend continuing education seminars to boost my knowledge on different topics and engage in both peer consultation and supervision. This responsibility to evolve and grow as a clinician allows me to bring a fresh perspective to each session, ensuring I meet my clients’ specific needs.”
