I approach therapy as a collaborative experience meeting people where they’re at, non-judgmentally and forming genuine relationships that cultivate wholeness. We all experience transitions and life changes that challenge us. I help people understand these experiences so that they can live more authentic and effective lives. With the use of integrated skills and insight building therapies, we’ll weave together self-awareness, acceptance and behavioral modification to work towards your goals and build the life you desire. I’m a real person that believes positive change takes work and intention. As a social worker I strive to bring awareness to the link between mental health, wellness, and social justice by challenging beliefs rooted in systemic oppression. I work from a psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and relational perspective believing that it’s never too early or too late to fortify the soul. I am a strong believer in holistic health that incorporates the mind, body, and spirit. I often test these limits myself by participating in ultra-endurance events. Authentic relationships and dry humor are some of my favorite therapeutic tools. Please reach out by email or phone to set up an initial appointment or with any questions.
