I see therapy as a partnership where we co-create a space that fosters healing, exploration, and growth. In this space, we will work together to help you gain a better understanding of your relationship to yourself and to others. My approach will be tailored to your specific needs through various modalities. These may include: considering how early life experiences have shaped who you are today, understanding how to bring awareness and attention to various emotional experiences, or learning how to examine and hold the many different parts of ourselves that make us who we are. All of this will be done through a lens of compassion and non-judgement.
