My approach to care:

With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I offer a warm, authentic, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse settings—including community mental health clinics and hospital systems—and I’ve supported individuals and families across the lifespan, from children and teens to adults and parents.

I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, priorities, and circumstances. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, relationship issues, trauma/PTSD, or self-esteem struggles, I use evidence-based methods to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

My style is calm, empathetic, and collaborative. I aim to create a non-judgmental space where you feel safe, heard, and supported. Together, we’ll work to better understand how your past experiences have shaped you, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and explore a path toward healing, growth, and a life aligned with your values and goals.

I’m especially passionate about supporting women’s mental health, including perinatal care, parenting, identity exploration, and navigating life transitions.

Clients describe me as approachable, validating, and genuinely supportive. I strive to build strong therapeutic relationships that are grounded in trust, safety, and collaboration. Therapy with me is a space where you can be your full self—where we work together to uncover insights, build resilience, and find meaningful ways to move forward.

I truly value connection, humor, and doing the things that ground and recharge me. I love traveling, reading, staying active, and time in nature. I find joy in good food, laughter, and quality time with my family and friends. These moments remind me of the importance of presence, play, and balance—values I often incorporate into my work with clients.
