I hold a Master’s in Social Work from NYU Silver School of Social Work, with a background in Gender Studies and Sociology. With years of experience working in mental health clinics across Brooklyn and Manhattan, I’ve had the privilege of supporting a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families in navigating life’s challenges.
I specialize in working with teens, adults, and couples, addressing issues such as life transitions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship conflicts, grief, and family dynamics. I am passionate about supporting clients from the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, as well as those managing chronic health issues. My approach integrates mindfulness, trauma-informed care, DBT/CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and somatic experiencing to help clients build resilience, enhance self-awareness, and achieve their therapeutic goals.
I aim to create a space of self-compassion, non-judgment, and support, where clients can feel comfortable exploring and understanding their experiences. When I’m not working, you can often find me roller skating or crafting, embracing the creative side of life.
