My approach to care:

Here to Help You Heal

As a clinical therapist for families, young adults, and adolescents, I am dedicated to helping patients navigate life transitions, emotional discord, and the complex experiences underlying mental health symptoms.

I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), Art Therapy, and Integrative Trauma-Informed Care. I take an integrative, psychodynamic, and exploratory approach that creates space for you to imagine alternatives that rewire the mind, body, and environment.

My Approach to Care

Working together, you can expect a validating and compassionate environment that incorporates a variety of therapies to help you work toward restructuring patterns making you feel stuck. With steadfast belief in competence and dedication, I tailor my approach to your unique goals and needs – an approach that enables me to be authentic and adaptable at all times. I look forward to exploring new possibilities for you and your loved ones in our work together.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

After four years in behavioral science, I grew interested in individual and systemic psychotherapy upon questioning the limitations of psychopharmacological treatment. This experience deepened my commitment to providing effective, confidential care, and now I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space in each session for patients struggling with personality and mood disorders.

Personal Interests

When I’m not seeing patients, I enjoy practicing a wide range of activities to keep my mind and body active. Pilates, gardening, live music, photography, cooking, painting, comedy, even thrifting to redesign tiny interiors – you’ll find me staying on the go!
