Here to Help You Heal

As a mental health therapist, I am grateful to have worked with a diverse range of patients and concerns, including children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and individuals who identify as neurodivergent. I specialize in supporting young adults and women navigating challenges related to self-esteem, body image, social concerns, and life transitions.

My work focuses on helping individuals build self-esteem, strengthen emotional awareness, develop healthier attachment patterns, and improve their relationship with food and body image. My approach is warm, collaborative, and empowering, and I am passionate about helping you better understand yourself and build confidence to show up authentically in your relationships and daily life.

My Approach to Care

Working together, you can expect a collaborative and empathetic environment grounded in evidence-based care. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and solution-based approaches to help you increase self-awareness, emotional balance, and resilience.

My style is insight-oriented and supportive, and tailored to your unique goals and life context. I believe in meeting you where you are, which helps me be genuine, understanding, and collaborative. I look forward to helping you feel seen, supported, and capable of creating lasting change.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

My path to becoming a therapist felt less like a single decision and more like a natural unfolding.

From an early age, I found myself drawn to holding space for others — whether that meant leading a club supporting neurodivergent peers or being the friend people trusted with the parts of themselves they didn’t share elsewhere. I saw firsthand how meaningful connection, presence, and being truly seen can change lives — not just for individuals, but for families and communities. As I continued studying psychology and later working in both psychiatric and private practice settings, that pull only deepened. Each experience reinforced what I already felt intuitively: this work matters, and it’s where I’m meant to be.

I feel deeply honored to walk alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges, deepen their self-understanding, and move toward a more grounded, fulfilling way of living, offering a space that feels safe, supportive, and genuinely human.

Personal Interests

When I’m not working with patients, you can find me trying new restaurants (always on the hunt for the best Chinese food in NYC!), spending time with family and friends, or unwinding with yoga and Pilates. I also love time in nature and finding creative outlets through art.
