My approach to care:

Here to Help You Heal

As a clinical therapist specializing in holistic mental health care, I assist a diverse population of individuals in looking to enhance their mental wellness, navigate personal challenges, and achieve meaningful change. I work with any individual seeking growth, balance, and clarity, providing a supportive and collaborative environment where you can explore your emotions, build resilience, and develop healthier coping skills.

My goal is to help you feel more grounded, self-aware, and empowered to live with greater purpose, authenticity, and fulfillment. This is achieved through a relational and person-centered approach, as I believe healing happens through understanding, genuine connection, and the courage to explore what truly matters.

My Approach to Care

Working together, you can expect a supportive and collaborative environment where curiosity and honesty are encouraged. I draw from evidence-based and person-centered approaches to help you gain insight and make meaningful change, with a grounded and adaptable style suited to your unique needs.

No matter the struggle, I believe in creating a safe, collaborative, and authentic therapeutic space where you always feel heard and supported. This helps me be a grounded and empathetic partner in your healing journey. I look forward to assisting you in gaining clarity, confidence, and meaningful growth in our work together.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

My path to becoming a therapist was built upon a passion for helping others and a growing interest in the emerging research on CTEs (Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy) in former athletes. This awareness deepened my commitment to providing holistic, empathetic, compassionate, and trauma-informed care. Now, I remain dedicated to bringing openness and a nonjudgmental perspective to every session, creating an environment for healing and growth.

Personal Interests

Outside of therapy, I enjoy playing guitar and spending time in the Colorado outdoors. I’m also a big sports fan and love supporting Colorado teams and collecting memorabilia.
