I work with teens (16+) and adults who may be navigating feelings of overwhelm, disconnection, or uncertainty about their self-worth. My passion lies in taking a holistic approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and emotions while also providing evidence-based strategies to support growth.
I draw from modalities such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients gain practical tools, reframe unhelpful patterns, and build resilience. At the same time, I strive to create a supportive and inclusive space where individuals from all backgrounds—including those from minority and queer communities—feel seen, heard, and valued.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, one where we work together to explore new ways of coping, healing, and creating balance in daily life. My goal is to empower each client to recognize their own strengths, process difficult emotions, and move toward a more peaceful and fulfilling way of being.
