Here to Help You Heal

It can seem like you’re doing everything you’re supposed to do, while still feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected underneath it all. Many people spend years in survival mode, managing stress, painful experiences, relationship challenges, or emotional overwhelm while continuing to function in daily life. Over time, this can lead to feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to shift and distant from a sense of ease, balance, or connection.

People often come to therapy with these emotions of anxiety, depression, mental exhaustion, or inability to change on their own. As an EMDR-trained Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I provide a compassionate and collaborative environment where you can step back, process what you’ve been through, and begin healing in a way that feels safe and meaningful. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to show up perfectly or have everything figured out in order to be supported.

In our work together, we slow things down so you can notice and understand what’s happening internally in a way that feels manageable and grounded. Sessions are guided by your needs and your pace. Some focus on processing experiences and gaining insight, while others may involve learning ways to support emotional regulation, reduce overwhelm, and feel more connected to yourself. My priority is that you feel seen, heard, and respected, not defined by what you’re struggling with, so that change can unfold in a way that feels safe, steady, and sustainable.

My Approach to Care

I offer a therapeutic relationship grounded in authenticity, curiosity, and care, walking alongside you not as someone who has all the answers, but as a supportive guide and fellow human being genuinely invested in your healing. My goal is to help you reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been buried beneath stress, trauma, or the pressure of simply getting through life. Together, we work toward building self-trust, healthier relationships, emotional resilience, and a greater sense of balance and wholeness.

Healing is not just about talking through experiences. It also involves reconnecting with the body, calming the nervous system, and creating internal safety. Through EMDR, somatic awareness, experiential approaches, and integrative methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and IFS-informed work, I tailor the process to support emotional regulation, insight, and meaningful change. This means processing painful experiences, shifting patterns that no longer serve you, and creating space for greater meaning, connection, and self-compassion.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

My clinical background includes helping individuals experiencing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, substance use, chronic stress, and major life transitions, as well as veterans, first responders, Native American communities, individuals experiencing homelessness, and those impacted by generational trauma. This work has deepened my understanding of complex systems of survival, resilience, and barriers that can impact access to care.

Much of my practice has centered on supporting individuals as they work through the lasting impact of these experiences and move toward greater emotional stability, connection, and self-understanding.

I bring a trauma-informed, compassionate presence to the therapeutic process, with attention to how experiences are held in both the mind and body. Together, we restore a sense of safety, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Personal Interests

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, staying connected to the community, and engaging in activities that help me slow down and recharge.
