My approach to care:

As a therapist, I take a therapeutic approach to helping my clients along their healing journey by empowering them to use the strengths they already possess. I help you to restore balance in your life by helping to combat issues like depression, anxiety, stress, suicidal ideations, self-esteem issues or trauma. I utilize treatment modalities such as Solution Focused Therapy, CBT, meditation, and mindfulness practices. I received my Bachelors in Social Worker from Clark Atlanta University, my masters degree from Barry University in Miami, and I am currently pursuing my PhD in Social Work at Walden University.
