I have been working in mental health for over five years in a variety of settings and completed my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver in 2021. I work with adults to treat a variety of concerns including depression and anxiety, individuals navigating life transitions, identity development, stress, grief and loss, and relationship conflict. I love working with adults who seek to build trust and compassion for themselves and utilize DBT, CBT, IFS and SFBT along with a collaborative and strengths-based approach.
