My approach to care:

Cedric is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (Maryland, DC, Virginia, Texas, Minnesota and Connecticut), and a Maryland Board Approved Clinical Supervisor. His clinical work experience spans 15 years and has included providing mental health services to a variety of clients including young children, pre-teens, adolescents, college students, adults, families, couples/marriage and at-risk males. He believes in empowering clients to accomplish their health and wellness goals through use of evidenced-based practices, outreach, and positive role modeling.

At SOL Mental Health, Cedric works with adults providing individual, family and couples therapy. His style incorporates a variety approaches including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotional Behavior Therapy (RBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Anger Management and Conflict Resolution to best meet the needs of his clients.

In addition to his work with clients, Cedric also provides clinical supervision to individuals and groups.
