Anastacia Winter

Anastacia (Ana) Winter is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor. She received a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University. Ana has been

working as a clinician in a variety of settings including individual therapy work, group therapy work, and court-mandated therapy in a traditional outpatient setting. Ana therapeutically supports adults,
adolescents, and children 10 and older who are facing various presenting challenges. She specializes in co-occurring disorders, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues/co-
dependent relationship patterns, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), life transitions, and is an LGBTQ + ally.

Ana utilizes a variety of modalities and is formally trained in Eye-Movement-Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She also specializes in dream tending, art therapy, play therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and operates from a Jungian/Depth perspective. She believes that tending to the soul and the “humanness” of each person allows them to develop compassion and curiosity in their healing journey instead of judgement. She utilizes a variety of modalities in order to provide the best care for each client to create unique and individualized care. In her free time, Ana enjoys spending time in nature, camping, hiking, painting, and yoga.
