My name is Amanda Caird and I am a Mental Health Counselor, currently working under my Limited Permit, with a Master’s of Education Degree in Mental Health Counseling from George Mason University. I have expertise in treating individuals with eating disorders and co-occurring mental health symptoms including anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and personality disorders, along with individuals experiencing life transitions, and support those who may be navigating interpersonal relationships.
