I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that received my Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. I have experience working in an inpatient and outpatient setting with adults struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. My clinical interests include: anxiety, depression, substance use, co-occurring disorders, codependency, relationship issues, self-esteem, and navigating life transitions and stressors. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment in order to assist my clients in navigating their life journey and creating positive changes.
I primarily work from a person-centered, strengths-based perspective and utilize several evidenced-based treatment modalities in order to assist my clients in feeling empowered and capable of conquering challenges they are facing.
In my free time, I enjoy running, trying new restaurants, and hanging with my dog.
