Lauren is an ANCC board certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and received a Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She began working in mental health in 2010 and is passionate about providing excellent, compassionate care. She has a variety of clinical interests including (but not limited to) mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD.
Lauren uses a supportive, nonjudgmental, holistic approach that addresses social, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. She is committed to understanding your perspective and goals and will work collaboratively with you to personalize your treatment. She incorporates evidence-based practices and offers treatment with psychiatric medication and non-pharmacologic approaches. She empowers patients by assisting them in building resilience and insight.
