I earned my MS in Community Counseling from the University of Scranton. I am certified in EMDR through EMDRIA and in psychedelic-assisted therapy from IPI and MAPS.
The truth about the therapeutic process is that every therapist is not the “right” therapist for every person. I have found in my decade plus of experience that the clients that benefit from my caring and direct approach find their way to me. I am not the expert in the therapeutic process, you are, I am here to hold space for your own growth and evolution.
