Tatiana Cruz holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Sacred Heart University and a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from CUNY Hunter College. With expertise gained through training in cognitive behavior therapy, applied behavior analysis, trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy, and anger replacement theory, she has worked with a diverse range of clients, spanning from elementary school-aged children to adults. Her professional experience addresses issues such as anxiety, family dynamics, life adjustments, depression, eating disorders, personality disorders, OCD-related disorders, and individuals on the autism spectrum. Emphasizing the collaborative nature of the therapeutic process, Tatiana sees herself as a supportive “human GPS” dedicated to guiding clients on their unique mental health experiences with mutual respect and understanding.
