My approach to care:

Here to Help You Heal

As an integrative and person-centered clinician, I help a diverse range of patients. This includes those who are exploring gender and sexuality, struggling with racial and cultural identities, experiencing life transitions, managing stress and anxiety, and navigating sexual wellness and relationships.

I specialize in helping patients ages 13 to 65, employing an eclectic approach that utilizes methods from multiple treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered, solution-focused therapy, meditation, and mindfulness practices. At all times, I remain passionate about holistic wellness, honoring and integrating the unique wisdom of your identity and experiences in the pursuit of healing and wholeness.

My Approach to Care

I approach therapy from a trauma-focused, multicultural perspective. I do this by collaborating with my patients because I believe they are the true experts in their lives. Together, we work to cocreate an authentic, safe, and equitable space that cultivates kindness, honesty, and trust

I am passionate about holistic wellness, honoring and integrating the unique wisdom of your identity and experiences in the pursuit of healing and wholeness. I look forward to guiding you in your healing through kindness, empathy, and a touch of humor in every session.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

My therapeutic career began in housing case management. Here, I found that engagement in therapy and healing was one of the most helpful aspects of patients achieving self-sufficiency and stability. This experience now allows me to bring a unique quality and perspective to each session.

Personal Interests

When I’m not in the office, you’ll likely find me swimming – synchronized swimming, that is!
