As a developing mental health therapist, I help children, teens, and adults navigate major life changes, self-esteem struggles, family conflict and other relationship concerns, anxiety, and depression. I am especially passionate about helping individuals from various backgrounds develop healthier relationships with themselves and others. 

 My approach is empowering, guided by a supportive and reflective environment where you heal and grow at your own pace. I believe in authenticity and teamwork strategies, which helps me to be a compassionate and trustworthy guide who helps you embrace your strengths and create meaningful change.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care 

My path toward therapeutic care began with noticing the impact of mental health challenges in my community and even within my own family. Witnessing how these issues affected individuals from all walks of life inspired me to learn how to help others navigate their own mental health journeys. This experience deepened my commitment to providing patient-centered care through a thoughtful, yet strengths-focused lens that honors each person’s experiences. 

Personal Interests 

I enjoy all sorts of hobbies when I’m not in the office. You’ll find me staying active by going on walks/runs, being outdoors, and hitting the gym, as well as cherishing calmer moments by watching movies, listening to all sorts of music, reading, and spending time with my dog,
