As a relational therapist with four years of experience, I specialize in helping adults, couples, and expecting parents navigate life transitions, perinatal mental health, trauma, and relational challenges. When you’re meeting with me you can expect a non-judgmental, collaborative, and curious experience, with a therapist who is passionate about empowering you to find your most authentic self and create a deeper connection with the world around you.
My Approach to Care
Working together, you can expect a warm and nurturing environment that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy to help you manage current mental health symptoms and work to strengthen your relationship with “self” and others. My style is holistic, and I tailor my approach to each person’s unique situation.
A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care
My time as a caseworker led me to becoming a therapist. As a caseworker, I supported young parents in obtaining their high school and college degrees, an experience that strengthened my commitment to providing empathetic care and highlighted the power of the therapist-client relationship in connecting and supporting a diverse range of individuals.
Personal Interests
Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, including my dog, Winston. You may also find me biking, hiking, skiing, and cooking when I make my way indoors. Recently, I’ve been having fun working on my bowling skills with friends!
