My approach to care:

Here to Help You Heal

I am an MHC-LP who is passionate about helping patients ages 16 to 65 who are struggling with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, addiction, trauma, phobias, and life transitions. I take an empathetic, patient-centered, and trauma-informed approach, creating a safe, supportive space where you can reconnect with your inner resilience and move toward meaningful healing.

My style is collaborative and grounded, tailored to your unique needs, life experiences, and goals. I look forward to supporting your growth, helping you reconnect with your inner strengths, and creating space for lasting change.

 My Approach to Care

Working together, you heal in a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment that incorporates Mindfulness-based techniques and attachment work to help build self-awareness and heal from past wounds. I believe in the healing power of authentic connection and unconditional positive regard, which helps me be a steady, compassionate partner in your healing process.

During our initial session, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand and work collaboratively to create a treatment plan that best suits your goals and life experiences. You can expect structured sessions with me as we work to lessen symptoms and build an improved life together.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

My path toward helping others through therapeutic care began with my own experience navigating the challenges of anxiety and trauma in early adulthood. Going through therapy myself helped me understand the power of being seen, heard, and supported without judgment. This experience deepened my commitment to providing a safe, empathetic space for others, where healing feels possible and growth can unfold at each person’s pace. Now, I bring lived experience, deep empathy, and a grounded, trauma-informed approach to each session.

 Personal Interests

On my time off, I enjoy a wide range of activities to practice self-care. Hobbies include mindful hiking, yoga, long walks, journaling, listening to music, playing tennis, and reading psychology books!
