My approach to care:

Here to Help You Heal

As a licensed metal health clinician with more than 5 years of experience, I help young adults and adults, with a focus on women and BIPOC patients, struggling with trauma, adjustment disorders, self-confidence building, and grief.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented, utilizing a mix of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to empower patients to build resilience and create meaningful change in their lives.

My Approach to Care

In every session together, you can expect a supportive and non-judgmental environment that combines mindfulness-based strategies and skills training to help you gain clarity and emotional balance. I take a warm and collaborative approach, tailoring treatment to your unique goals to ensure the long-lasting results you deserve.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

My path to becoming a therapist began by navigating my own mental health journey and witnessing its impact within my family. This experience deepened my commitment to providing compassionate and accessible care, allowing me to bring empathy and a strengths-based perspective to each session.

In my practice now, I believe in the importance of compassion, which helps me be both a patient and understanding partner to those I work with. I look forward to helping you build resilience and self-confidence in our work together.

Personal Interests

Outside of my clinical work, I am an avid reader, and enjoy exploring new ideas through books. I also host a podcast, where I share conversations and reflections on topics that inspire curiosity and growth. These passions allow me to stay creative and connected, two cornerstones of care that I bring into my work with patients.
