My approach to care:

Here to Help You Heal

I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing patient care since 2020, starting my career during a time of great change that required resilience and adaptability. Whether for children, adolescents, or adults, I am committed to helping patients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and life transitions with strength and compassion. I achieve this through experienced clinical psychotherapy, creating a space that feels both supportive and empowering.

I’ve had the privilege of supporting patients through many stages of life, walking with them as they face challenges and discover strengths. My approach is warm and validating, rooted in safety, respect, self-acceptance, compassion, and growth.  I look forward to supporting you in our time together so you are able to gain new perspectives and feel hopeful about your path forward.

My Approach to Care

Working with me feels like being supported by a trusted friend—safe, encouraging, and even a little lighthearted. My style is warm, validating, and genuine, incorporating a mix of Mindfulness and psychoeducation to help you feel understood and empowered.

At all times, I believe in empathy and respect, as I see therapy as a collaborative process. Together, we’ll work to better understand challenges, explore new perspectives, and create steps toward healing, growth, and lasting change.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by personal experiences, after witnessing those closest to me face their own struggles. These moments deepened my commitment to better understand human behavior, sociology, and psychology. Now, I enjoy mixing evidence-based treatments along with authenticity and compassion to help patients know they are not alone.

Personal Interests

When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me outside! I love yoga, going to concerts and listening to music, bike riding, paddle boarding, and hanging out at the beach. I also enjoy spending time with my wonderful dog and reading – while savoring a delicious cup of coffee.
