Are you feeling confident in who you are and what you stand for? Confident in your ability to navigate through difficult situations? Many barriers can be present that prevent us from feeling fully connected to ourselves. Not feeling fulfilled, or having a misleading sense of fulfillment, often leads to conflict in our lives internally and externally. Allow me to guide you along the way to navigate through these barriers to gain more insight into who you are and what you value. I believe we all have that light inside us to generate change and feel whole. Let me help you find that light.
I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2020. I have experience working with clients struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, relationship and family distress, addiction, and life transitions. I pull from various modalities including, but not limited to, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I have a relational and humanistic approach; I am not here to fix you, rather provide a safe space for you to gain insight into who you are and how you can build trust with yourself to heal.
I am originally from Connecticut and have lived in the beautiful state of Colorado for 7 years. In my personal life I love being outdoors- that usually includes mountain biking, skiing, and really anything else I can get after. I also have two cats who I absolutely adore.
