Rachel holds a master’s degree in social work from Texas A&M Commerce. Rachel enjoys witnessing the growth of clients self-confidence and strives to create a safe and non-judgmental space for people to share. She hopes to collaborate with clients so they can achieve the goals they have set for themselves. Rachel employs an eclectic approach to therapy based on the needs of each person. She has experience working with people living with anxiety and depression in an inpatient mental health hospital. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys trying new places to eat, reading and going to the gym.
