I work well with teens and adults looking to heal from past wounds, make change, and reconnect with themselves. In my approach, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS; also known as parts work), Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), all through a trauma-informed lens to best support my clients. Creating a safe space for processing and fostering a strong therapeutic alliance with providing applicable skills is my job; your job is to show up, do the work, and to keep showing up, for yourself.
