My approach to care:

Here to Help You Heal

As a clinical mental health counselor and registered expressive arts therapy practitioner with 6 years of experience, I guide young adults, emerging adults, individuals, and couples through a wide range of mental health challenges. This includes navigating cultural and life transitions, identity development, relational challenges, and daily life stressors, as well as helping patients heal from the negative impact of post-traumatic stress; process difficult emotions; strengthen self-worth; and create meaningful, resilient, and healthier relationships.

I specialize in expressive therapies and experiential approaches that help you reconnect with your sense of self and develop deeper connections with others. My passion is in using creativity and presence as pathways to transforming pain into self-understanding and development.

My Approach to Care

Working together, you can expect a brave space to explore, process, express, and heal at your pace. My approach is embodied, imaginative, directive, authentic, and grounded, infusing cognitive person-centered techniques and sessions tailored to your history, goals, and cultural context.

Through integrative, holistic, culturally informed care rooted in creative expression, I bring genuine curiosity, creative insight, and a real-life perspective to my work. I believe in the power of collaboration, connection, and cultural awareness, which helps me be an attuned and supportive provider who is attentive to your individual story and needs.

I look forward to helping you explore new ways to express yourself, reconnect with your voice and story, strengthen self-understanding, and develop new beliefs, values, and practices.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

My path to becoming a therapist grew its roots during my career as a professional actress, observing human behavior and psychological patterns through the characters I portrayed on stage and in film. Performing in addition to interacting with diverse communities—both internationally and in NYC—allowed me to witness the richness of human expression across cultures and experiences. This journey inspired me to understand people not just through performance, but the socio-emotional dimensions that shape who we are.

Personal Interests

In my free time, I am an avid fan of the arts and love painting and writing poetry. You’ll also often find me playing tennis and exploring different cities!
