Here to Help You Heal
As a licensed master social worker and psychotherapist, I help adults, young adults, and couples navigate relationship challenges, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem issues.
Lasting change comes from a deep understanding of the self, which is why my goal is to help you explore the relationship between your past, the events of your daily life, and your experience of your internal world. At all times, I listen with an open mind and strive to help move you from judgement of the self and others toward empathy and curiosity. I look forward to guiding you along this path and into lasting mental wellness.
My Approach to Care
My therapeutic approach is rooted in psychodynamic principles, pulling from a variety of other modalities depending on your unique needs. Treatment may include Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and/or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
In our time together, I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship with you, as I believe this is the most important part of any treatment. Through this relational approach I bring warmth, curiosity, and empathy to your care, ensuring you heal in in a space where you feel comfortable being vulnerable.
Personal Interests
I love being in the great outdoors when I’m not in the office. Gardening and birding are two of my most cherished hobbies, along with baking and spending time with friends and family.
