My approach to care:

After facing my own depression and burnout, I immediately noticed a deficit for therapists of color with neurodiverse features and knew there were more effective ways to help others tap into their growth potential from a nontraditional approach. In my path toward becoming an exceptional therapist, I utilize my experience as an in and outpatient clinician to serve couples and families experiencing crisis, communication deficits, trust repair, and substance use issues, to name a few.

In sessions with me, expect to find that your unique and nuanced experience is honored! A consistent delivery of an authentic, non judgmental, and inviting presence is the minimum. Your core beliefs, and the systems in which they exist, will be explored as practical strategies are created to support life’s transitions. You’ll feel empowered in your liberating journey back to yourself as we tend to unseen wounds with empathetic curiosity and courage.
