As an LMSW with experience helping adolescents and individuals, I specialize in guiding those struggling with mood and personality disorders, stress, and life transitions. Issues may include impulsivity, coping with past and current traumas, depression, anxiety, or relationship struggles. Personal Interests
When I’m not helping patients rediscover their joy, I take great pleasure in reading, exploring creative outlets like mindfulness coloring or journaling, and spending time with friends. I’m always curious to try new things—whether it’s a new recipe, a local café, or a trend that sparks my interest—and finding little ways to make everyday life more meaningful.
