My approach to care:

Who I Help
If you are looking for a safe, affirming space to build insight, resilience, and empowerment, then I am here for you. I am a licensed clinical social worker with expertise in inpatient, outpatient, and advocacy centers for adults and teens. At all times, I focus on providing holistic, evidence-based care that honors my patients’ healing journeys while teaching valuable coping strategies.

My specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness or pain, trauma-informed care, navigating life transitions, substance abuse, self-esteem issues, identity challenges, and more.

My Approach to Care
As your therapist, I take a holistic, integrated approach to mental health that is client-centered, collaborative, and affirming. I am passionate about supporting healing through a stronger connection to the self, others, and the environment, all while honoring each client’s unique identity, strengths, and lived experience.

In our work together, you’ll undergo true transformation in a setting that fosters growth, trust, and connection, drawing from evidence-based practices like CBT, ACT, and DBT to meet you where you are. This collaborative style allows us to adapt each session to align with your personal goals, values, and life events.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care
My own experiences with chronic illness and the personal growth that results from it shaped my path in becoming a therapist. Navigating these challenges taught me the importance of being seen, supported, and empowered throughout the healing process. As a result, I am dedicated to offering patients warmth, curiosity, and clinical insight with each session, creating safe spaces for them to explore what matters most as we move toward meaningful change.

Personal Interests
Outside the office, I love exploring all that Colorado’s great outdoors has to offer alongside my dog, Moose. Hiking, skiing, fly fishing, wildlife watching – I enjoy it all, as well as indoor activities like cooking, journaling, music, and reading. This mix of creative activities helps me stay grounded, recharge, and maintain a sense of joy and balance in my daily life.
