My approach to care:

Here to Help You Heal

As a licensed therapist with experience in LGBTQ+-affirming care, I help patients navigate life transitions, anxiety, identity exploration, and the stress of feeling overwhelmed or stuck. I believe in taking an affirming, collaborative, and person-centered approach that creates a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore challenges and grow at your own pace.

If you are looking for a supportive, inclusive space to sort through what’s weighing on you, whether it’s burnout, self-doubt, or big life changes, then I invite you to reach out. Together, we’ll work to build insight, ease emotional burdens, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

 My Approach to Care

Starting your therapeutic journey with me means entering a compassionate, affirming space where your experience is valued. I use talk therapy and strength-based approaches to help navigate challenges at your pace. Together, we focus on your strengths to build confidence, clarity, and healing tailored to your unique journey.

Whether you’re just beginning to explore who you are or are seeking support through life’s transitions, I invite you to reach out. Together, we will create a partnership focused on your strengths and growth. You deserve to be met with understanding and respect, and I would be honored to provide just that on your journey.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

Discovering my own non-binary identity showed me the power of acceptance and representation, especially in vulnerable spaces. This personal journey fuels my commitment to creating a warm, safe environment where patients of all identities feel truly seen and respected. At all times, I bring a thoughtful, open-minded perspective and a genuine commitment to meeting each client where they are, fostering an empowering therapeutic space.

 Personal Interests

Outside of my practice, I value being within my community as a queer non-binary person, whether I’m creating and appreciating art or spending time outside. I find great joy in outdoor activities such as tennis, walking, and swimming, moving my body in ways that feel comfortable and natural. You may also find me fully immersed in music and movies, as I love them both!
