My approach to care:

Experience warmth and a caring presence when you meet with Bre. Feel truly seen and heard without judgment to allow for transparency, openness and growth throughout your therapy process, while also experiencing empathy and humor when appropriate. Feel relief, empowerment and support as you explore and address the root of what’s keeping you from living a happy and fulfilling life. Working through seasons of change throughout life can be challenging and overwhelming. With her guidance, establishing tools can assist with moving forward to find purpose and meaning, and live up to full potential. Bre utilizes a variety of different therapeutic techniques, including CBT, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, person-centered, strength-based, and faith-based, when requested. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Bre has worked with a wide range of people working through many challenges, like trauma and strain in relationships. She has also worked with parents and their children to address depression, anxiety, managing ADHD, divorce, school stressors, and more.
