Arielle Kahana, MA is a is a doctoral trainee at the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Professional Psychology. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Emory University in psychology and a Master’s in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver. Arielle’s background includes working with athletes, adolescents, and adults. She believes deeply in the therapeutic relationship and fostering a safe climate in order to facilitate client self-exploration to elicit change. Arielle employs Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic approaches and incorporates mindfulness, breathing exercises, and fostering awareness into her practice.
