Doctoral Trainee
Olivia Adams, B.A. is a doctoral trainee at the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Professional Psychology. She has a bachelor degree in Psychology with Honors from the University of Connecticut. Olivia’s background includes working in educational settings and online crisis services, where she addressed a multitude of behavioral health issues, including depression, anxiety, stress, and anger management. Olivia utilizes components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Psychodynamic and Intersubjective approaches. Olivia has a passion for helping her clients achieve their goals and become the best version of themselves that they can be.
