We are seeking a Business Development Manager for our DMV market. This position will travel the market to help drive referrals and business. The ideal candidate will have healthcare sales experience preferably in healthcare services, pharmaceutical or medical device sales. Please note, this position will be traveling in market 3 days/week and working remotely from home office or one of our local offices 2 days/week. Candidates need to currently reside in market.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree required
· At least 3 years experience in healthcare business development required – strong preference for those who are coming from sales in a healthcare services, pharmaceutical or medical device sales models
· 2+ years of experience building and effectively utilizing CRM software, Salesforce preferred.
· Provable track record resulting in consistent improvement in referrals and business results.
· Nimble business mind with a focus on developing relationships and creative solutions to marketing and business development initiatives.
· Demonstrated comfort with communicating clinical messaging and outcomes to stakeholders.
· Expert networker and relationship builder.
· Ability to travel the DMV market at least 3 days/week (remote office or work out of one of our local offices 2 days/week)
Base salary range: $115,000 - $125,000 plus bonus up to an additional $30,000 - $40,000 annually

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet all patients with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Efficiently check patients in; confirm necessary forms are complete.
- Schedule existing patients ensuring compliance with practice procedures and protocols.
- Review, understand and collect patient copays and balances.
- Triage and escalate patient concerns to clinical and practice leadership appropriately
- Provide support to clinical teams including; schedule changes/follow-up, patient discharge process and retention/reactivation
- Proactively manage the daily/weekly scheduling activities including: phone calls, email inquiries, general logistics, etc. Maintain accurate schedules and notes in our electronic health record (EHR).
- Complete insurance verifications
- Responsible for the end of day process (TBD)
- Ensure all intake paperwork is accurately completed and co-pays are collected before the patient meets with the clinician.
- Work extensively within the Company’s electronic health record (EHR) to manage client and clinician workflow, scheduling activities, billing initiatives, and other practice management functions.
- Communicate timely and professionally with patients regarding any services required.
- Provide outstanding customer service to all including patients, co-workers, referrals and vendors. We want to be known for our outstanding service and this position leads the way.
- Ensure that charge capture and other related data are accurate and submitted in a timely manner by means of the designated reporting system.
- Build a rapport with patient and/or patient's family and referring providers to ensure support is provided.
- Along with Practice Manager, manage and support the patient journey and patient engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures in accordance with State and Federal Regulations for client care and services (HIPAA, CMS, OSHA, or other governing agencies)
- Be a champion of Sol Mental Health; represent the organization with pride in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Positively contribute to the team and company culture, leading with empathy and a team-player mindset
- Meet productivity metrics/goals.

Job Requirements & Skills
- Serving others must excite and light a fire within you - you couldn’t imagine operating any other way.
- Experience working within a physician practice or healthcare services is preferred. Working knowledge of insurance plans; group health, HMO, PPO, etc is helpful
- High level of professionalism in all aspects of work; especially in all communications internally and externally
- Able to effectively manage difficult situations and de-escalate issues that arise.
- Ability to interact and work professionally and effectively with a diverse population
- Highly organized and able to juggle many tasks at once
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office products and ability to learn clinic operations technology systems
- Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures
- Strong work ethic, passionate and enthusiastic personality with a high degree of integrity, humility, and a positive attitude

Colorado
Medical Assistant (Cherry Creek, CO)
The Medical Assistant is a key member of our clinical team and provides top notch service to our patients and team members. This position supports our prescribing clinicians, patients, and office operations with a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness.
Reports to: Clinic Office Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Clinical:
- Serving as a central clinician resource, supporting prescribing clinicians across the market by:
- Triaging incoming message requests and either acting on them or forwarding on to the treating clinician
- Coordinating medication refills directly with pharmacies
- Calling pharmacies and clarifying any medication refill or PA problems
- Processing Prior Authorization (PA) requests in collaboration with clinicians
- Calling insurance to obtain/verify pharmacy benefits informationand check status of PA requests
- Sending medication refill, change of medication and medication clarification request to clinicians
- Triage patient messages and calls about side effects from medications and forward to clinicians as appropriate
- Triaging patient messages and calls to reschedule / schedule / cancel appointments and responding as appropriate (complete request or forward on to front desk / central operations team)
- Serving as a local in-clinic resource:
- Collecting patient vitals (HT, WT, BP, RR and temperature) and documenting in EMR
- Collecting medication history and allergies (to medications, foods and other that may apply)
- Inventory medication samples as per company policy
Lab (not currently applicable, but may be in the future):
- Collect blood / check swab specimens and document in EMR
- Ship specimens to LabCorp
- Order lab supplies as needed
- Inventory of lab (check for expired supply or medication samples)
- Maintain cleanliness of lab
- Upload lab results to patient chart
Additional Duties:
- Use, protect, and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards
- Support front office operations and fill in at front desk as needed
Job Requirements & Skills:
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program, or relevant experience
- 1 year experience in an outpatient setting preferred
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
- High level of professionalism in all aspects of work and enjoy working in a team-based environment
- Strong, professional communication skills (verbally and written) – must be timely with strong follow through
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office products
- Strong work ethic with a high degree of integrity, humility, and a positive attitude
- Must be flexible and comfortable with working in an evolving/growth organization
- Must be willing and able to travel between clinics each week (within a given market)

- Along with Practice Manager, manage and support the patient journey and patient engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures in accordance with State and Federal Regulations for client care and services (HIPAA, CMS, OSHA, or other governing agencies)
- Be a champion of Sol Mental Health; represent the organization with pride in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements & Skills

- Experience working within a physician practice or healthcare services is preferred. Working knowledge of insurance plans; group health, HMO, PPO, etc is helpful
- High level of professionalism in all aspects of work; especially in all communications internally and externally
- Able to effectively manage difficult situations and de-escalate issues that arise.
- Ability to interact and work professionally and effectively with a diverse population
- Highly organized and able to juggle many tasks at once
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office products and ability to learn clinic operations technology systems
- Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures
- Strong work ethic, passionate and enthusiastic personality with a high degree of integrity, humility, and a positive attitude

The Role:
This position will own SOL’s patient experience from end to end, including all points of connection throughout the patient journey: intake, the ongoing care experience, patient feedback/reviews, and billing/customer service. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative and thrives when leading initiatives that require partnership across multiple stakeholders. Additionally, we are seeking someone with natural curiosity to get to the right answer and drives impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in high-performance strategic, financial, and/or operational environments (e.g., consulting, investment banking, private equity, or other high-performance healthcare environments)
- Ability to travel 2-3 times a quarter
- Strong analytical problem solver and structured thinker
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven systems-level thinker who can map out processes and dependencies, identify points of leverage, and execute structural and operational change to achieve desired outcomes
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Base salary between $145,000 and $165,000 with additional bonus and equity opportunity

About You:
- Fully Licensed in the state of DC
- 2+ years of experience providing treatment to adult, young adult, and or adolescent populations.
- Demonstrated experience caring for a diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, trauma-related disorders, eating disorders, and more.
- Skilled in evidence-based clinical treatment methods and applying interventions with patients in crisis.
- Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills.

As a Director of Information Technology you will be responsible for responsible for leading the organization’s technology strategy, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of IT systems. This role oversees IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, system integrations, and support services while aligning technology solutions with business objectives. The Director of IT will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute IT strategy, ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, software applications, and cybersecurity measures.
- Manage IT budgets, assets, and vendor relationships to optimize costs and performance.
- Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive system integrations, automation, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience working at a Healthcare Provider Group practice required
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years in IT leadership, including team management.
- Strong expertise in EMR/EHRs and related integrations, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Proven ability to manage IT budgets and vendor relationships.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, PMP, ITIL or equivalent.
- Experience with CRM systems.

Position Summary
The Patient Experience Specialist works to identify and implement patient experience improvement activities and to ensure an excellent experience of care for patient’s inquiries. Patient Experience Specialist is responsible for the daily management of general customer service inbound communications from existing clients that are seeking solutions to problems or concerns related to the care provided. This role requires heavy phone work and strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, referral sources, and internal team members.
- Communicates with patients (including those who may be demanding or escalated) who have concerns, complaints, grievances, or general feedback about their care experience to facilitate resolution.
- Utilizes a high degree of judgement, prioritization, problem-solving and decision-making to complete a comprehensive review of patients concerns, including activating appropriate level of service recovery processes and procedures to increase patient satisfaction.
- Respond to requests for assistance and/or processing of patient fiscal responsibility.
- Helps patients to understand their healthcare experience.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements & Skills:
- Experience with front-desk operations
- Solid working knowledge of insurance plans; group health, HMO, PPO, Medicare, Medicaid, and other government payers.
- Experience in reviewing and communicating general health insurance and eligibility/benefits clearance information to patients in a healthcare setting.
- Understanding of RCM activities and ability to communicate claims adjudication and patient monetary responsibility details.
- Possess excellent customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate through verbal and digital communications.
- Extremely versatile and ability to think creatively while interacting with clients.
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to learn systems applicable to all aspects of clinical operations.
