Chief Growth Officer (Denver, CO)

As Chief Growth Officer (“CGO”), you will lead all expansion and partnership efforts for our mission-driven, growth-focused outpatient behavioral health practice. You will report to the Chief Executive Officer

The CGO will serve as an important outward-facing representative of SOL’s mission and values, with ultimate responsibility for overall demand generation to support SOL’s ambitious vision. You will be accountable for all aspects of growth, including strategic partnerships, payor relations, and marketing, working with functional leaders across the organization. You will serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team (“ELT”) and play an integral role in shaping SOL’s future.

You must be a strategic, structured, productive and results-driven leader who plans pragmatically, communicates effectively, collaborates skillfully, and executes with urgency. You will collaborate with corporate and field-based leaders to refine our value proposition for partners with a goal of increasing demand generation across all existing and future SOL markets.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive cost-effective patient acquisition and increase market awareness of SOL’s services.
  • Analyze market trends, patient needs, and competitive landscape to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns and initiatives that drive demand for our services.
  • Develop, drive, and execute a long-term business development roadmap that is informed by data and evolves based on company priorities. Determine and monitor metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance of initiatives, programs, and outcomes and adjust where necessary.
  • Expertly refine and lead the following domains: business development, marketing, payor relations, and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, payors, community organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance awareness of our service offerings.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with payors, including managed care organizations and self-funded employers, to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and address any issues that arise.
  • Stay informed on changes in payor policies, reimbursement rates, and industry regulations, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with market operations teams to open new locations on time and on budget.
  • Develop a process to manage and optimize SOL’s external reputation.
  • Work closely with the ELT and SOL’s Board of Directors to develop and execute the overall strategic plan for the company.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of business development and marketing professionals, including recruiting high-quality talent, motivating the team, delegating effectively, and managing performance.

Financial Analyst (Denver, CO)

SOL is a rapidly growing integrated mental health platform, offering virtual and clinic-based care in 5 states and Washington D.C with further plans for growth. As a Financial Analyst at SOL, you will advance the role of metric-driven reporting and strategic analytics across the organization. This role will touch a variety of functional areas (finance, operations, growth, ops, recruiting, etc.) within the company and will have direct exposure to executive leadership. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about taking ownership of key projects and working in a team-based mission-driven organization. This role will be accompanied by opportunity for career growth and promotion within the company and will report directly to the Director of Strategy & Growth. The position will be principally remote, but residency in Denver, CO or New York, NY is preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze data relating to clinician productivity, patient outcomes, customer acquisition, and other items deemed necessary by business leadership.
  • Assist in the compilation of monthly reporting packages, long-term financial model development, and other detailed financial analyses across the organization.
  • Assist in developing financial forecasts and annual budgets
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making
  • Support project management for key enterprise initiatives, facilitating collaboration among both corporate and market leaders throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate development, data analytics, and / or corporate strategy is strongly preferred.
  • At least one (1) year of health care industry experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated high-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel is essential.

Front Desk Coordinator (Denver, CO)

As a Medical Office Receptionist, you will play a key role in supporting all office operations. Under the direction of the Office Manager, you will assist patients, clinicians, and non-clinical staff to positively impact the client experience, patient care, and clinician satisfaction. You will ensure the seamless operation of the clinic, promote a positive client experience and clinician satisfaction, and be generally involved in all day-to-day aspects of the clinic.  

How you will have an impact:  

  • Support general day-to-day practice operations from the front desk to ensure smooth daily operations. 
  • Work extensively within the Company’s electronic health record (EHR) to manage client and clinician workflow, scheduling activities, billing initiatives, and other practice management functions.

Medical Assistant (Central Park, CO)

As a Medical Assistant, you will be a key member of our clinical team and provide top notch service to our patients and team members. You will support our prescribing clinicians, patients, and office operations with a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness.  

Responsibilities:

Clinical:  

  • Triage incoming message requests by acting on them or forwarding on to the treating clinician.
  • Coordinate medication refills directly with pharmacies.
  • Process Prior Authorization (PA) requests in collaboration with clinicians.
  • Call insurance to obtain/verify pharmacy benefits information and check status of PA requests. 
  • Send medication refill, change of medication and medication clarification requests to clinicians.
  • Triage patient messages and calls about side effects from medications and forward to clinicians as appropriate.
  • Triage patient messages and calls to reschedule / schedule / cancel appointments and responding as appropriate.
  • Collect patient vitals (HT, WT, BP, RR, and temperature) and document in EMR.
  • Collect medication history and allergies to medications, foods and others that may apply.
  • Inventory medication samples as per company policy.
  • Use, protect, and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.
  • Support front office operations and fill in at front desk as needed.

Lab (not currently applicable, but may be in the future): 

  • Collect blood / check swab specimens and document in EMR.
  • Ship specimens to LabCorp.
  • Order lab supplies as needed.
  • Inventory of lab (check for expired supply or medication samples).
  • Maintain cleanliness of lab.
  • Upload lab results to patient chart.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program, or relevant experience.
  • 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.
  • High level of professionalism in all aspects of work and enjoy working in a team-based environment.
  • Strong, professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office products.

As a Financial Analyst at SOL, you will advance the role of metric-driven reporting and strategic analytics across the organization. This role will touch a variety of functional areas (finance, operations, growth, ops, recruiting, etc.) within the company and will have direct exposure to executive leadership. Primary Responsibilities:
