My approach to care:

Here to Help You Heal

As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with experience supporting both children and adults, I help individuals navigate anxiety, OCD, relationship struggles, and life transitions. My ideal patients often feel overwhelmed by their thoughts or emotions and want to feel more in control.

If you are struggling with life challenges and are in need of patient-centered therapy, then I am here for you. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a compassionate, collaborative approach, I guide you toward healthier coping strategies and positive change. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build lasting coping skills to create meaningful and sustainable emotional growth.

My Approach to Care

Working together, you can expect a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel truly seen and heard. I believe in creating a safe space at all times, which allows me to be a collaborative partner in your healing journey. Your plan is tailored to your unique goals and may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy to help you gain insight, manage anxiety and OCD, and navigate relationships or life transitions.

I look forward to creating the space where you feel understood and supported in your journey toward healing.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

My path to becoming a therapist began with my own experience with mental health and explorations in therapy. This journey inspired my commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care that fosters insight and growth. Now, I bring warmth, curiosity, and a collective spirit to each session, helping you feel understood and supported as you navigate life’s challenges.

Personal Interests

A musician at heart, I love to sing and write music, and play both piano and guitar. I also enjoy going on long walks while listening to podcasts, baking, and spending time with my cat. These activities motivate me, help me relax, and inspire creativity!
