I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) specializing in helping adolescents and adults navigate symptom management and transitional periods associated with depression, anxiety, and life changes. A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care
My path to becoming a therapist was born from my drive for helping friends sort through and vent about their day-to-day issues. What began as a natural act of compassion quickly made me the “therapist” friend and mediator for advice due to a genuine lack of judgment and neutrality. This experience deepened my commitment to providing nonjudgmental care, where I bring openness and empathy to each session. As a therapist, just as I was a kind ear to friends, I am inspired by the resilience of my patients and their commitment to growth.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, checking out the latest shows, and spending quality time with my friends and family. You’ll also see me on the courts practicing my tennis game!
