I am a licensed social worker specializing in anxiety, depression, life transitions, women’s health, self-esteem struggles, identity issues, stress management, substance use, and trauma for adults across the life span. I am especially passionate about helping those who are looking for support with perinatal mental health and motherhood.
As your therapist, I take a holistic and integrated approach to mental health that is collaborative, patient-centered, and affirming. I work from a strengths-based perspective, incorporating humor and Mindfulness therapies into our sessions, co-creating a therapeutic relationship grounded in patience, empathy, understanding, and empowerment. At all times, I meet you where you’re at in your healing journey, while providing you with the support to get to where you want to be.

My style is flexible and largely integrative, drawing upon diverse approaches to therapy, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Within this, I tailor my approach to work with your unique goals, experiences, and challenges.

I enjoy a wide range of hobbies when I’m not in the office, including fitness and travel. You’ll often find me hiking and camping, building my photography skills, and baking delicious treats.
