As a licensed mental health counselor, I am dedicated to helping adults from diverse racial, cultural, sexual, economic, and spiritual backgrounds navigate life stressors and mental health concerns. I work with patients struggling from a variety of diagnoses, specializing in anxiety disorders, depression, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and life stressors.  

My Approach to Care

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care 

My path into patient care began with my own journey in counseling, where I learned the valuable lesson that I do not need to carry my struggles on my own. This experience deepened my commitment to providing patient, empathic, and supportive care, bringing a deep understanding of the uniqueness and resilience of each individual to every session.  

Personal Interests 

When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll often find me reading or spending time with family and friends. I also love exploring new bakeries and taste-testing their latest delicacies.
