My approach to care:

Here to Help You Heal

As a licensed professional counselor, I’m here to support you through whatever life is bringing your way.

 My Approach to Care

I work with children, teens and adults to help build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and navigate challenges with greater confidence and clarity. I offer a calm, steady space where kindness and respect are the foundation of our work together. My approach is flexible and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from a wide range of therapeutic tools—cognitive strategies, somatic therapy, creative interventions, play therapy, and more—with a strong focus on building self-worth, healthy habits, and emotional balance. I’m especially passionate about using somatic techniques through a trauma-informed lens to help you reconnect with your body and inner strength. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, compulsive behaviors, grief, neurodiverse experiences, or major life transitions, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.

A Journey into Exceptional Patient Care

My journey into counseling began in my teens, after experiencing the loss of my older brother and cousin. Those moments shaped my deep commitment to showing up with empathy and compassion for others during life’s most defining transitions. I believe healing doesn’t mean forgetting—it means growing your capacity to honor your experiences and move forward with resilience.

Personal Interests

Outside the office, I recharge by spending time in nature—hiking, camping, fishing, snowboarding—and enjoying live music or painting with oils. These passions help me stay grounded and creative, and I love bringing that energy into my work with clients. I look forward to meeting you and creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported.
