I have worked as a therapist in diverse settings such as partial hospitalization, inpatient substance abuse rehabilitation, homeless shelter population, Individual Residential Alternative (IRA) housing, and private practice.
I am a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. I hold a Master of Arts in Developmental Psychology from Columbia University and a Master of Education in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University. My training includes Individual and Relationship Trauma, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Substance Use Disorder (SUD), Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Personality Disorders, Mindfulness, Grief Counseling, and Anger Management.
