My approach to care:

Hi, I’m Stephanie, a Licensed Professional Counseling Candidate dedicated to supporting individuals on their mental health journey. I strive to create a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their challenges, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change.

With over eight years of mental health experience, I have worked with adults facing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, and self-esteem challenges. I also have experience supporting individuals affected by addiction, whether personally or through a loved one. My goal is to empower clients to recognize their strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, and move toward the life they want to create.

I take an integrative approach, blending narrative therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), holistic techniques, and solution-focused strategies to meet each client’s unique needs. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University in 2023 and am actively pursuing my LPC credential. Now providing outpatient therapy in the Boulder area, I offer individual counseling to adults seeking support in managing their mental health and creating a fulfilling life. I truly believe in the strength and resilience of the human spirit, and I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges with care and understanding.
