Stepping into the healing realm of therapy is a brave and courageous decision, one that is both deeply humbling and at the same time profoundly vulnerable.
As a psychotherapist, I prioritize creating a therapeutic relationship rooted in compassion, empathy, transparency, and unwavering support. My goal is to not only guide my clients through the healing process but to also help them embrace their journey. I facilitate therapy with the understanding that our past may impact our present and believe that each person can achieve a meaningful and fulfilling life with the right tools and support, meeting you exactly where you are in your healing journey.
I earned my master’s degree in social work from New York University and have extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, families, and couples. I utilize evidence-based practices tailored to address each client’s unique needs. My training and certifications include interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Using a strengths-based approach, I aim to empower you to achieve your personal goals and reach developmental milestones, helping you realize your fullest potential. Together, we will work to reduce maladaptive behaviors, alleviate symptoms, and overcome functional limitations. You will have my full support every step of the way as we build a path toward growth, healing, and resilience.
