Jeffrey Glinert earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology at SUNY Purchase, and his Master of Social Work degree from Nyack University. He is currently a Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of New York. With over eight years of working in various counseling, social work, and therapeutic settings, Jeffrey brings a wide variety of experiences to his practice. Jeffrey has a strong knowledge of crisis intervention, cognitive behavioral therapy, and the psychology of happiness. Jeffrey uses a psychodynamic approach in combination with cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices. Jeffrey likes approaching therapy with a light-heartedness, and has interests outside of work such as music, sports, and video games.
