Michelle Gladstone is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York who has been practicing since 2018. Michelle believes in helping her clients gain insight and understanding of what they may be struggling with and that they are not alone. She strives to help end the stigma of therapy and mental health issues by providing an empathic, supportive and safe environment. Michelle works collaboratively with her clients to help develop a “toolbox” of skills and strategies to cope with life’s stressors. Michelle’s experience spans over 35 years in working with people living with mental health issues, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, life transitions, high school and college students. Along with her licensure, Michelle obtained masters’ degrees in Psychology, School counseling, and Human Resources Management. She hopes her expertise and own experiences can help others find relief and joy!
