Kate Millichamp is a Master’s level Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety, substance abuse, self-harm, suicidal behavior and ideation, and trauma, including childhood trauma. She is a bilingual therapist in Spanish and English and appreciates working with diverse clients, always adopting a holistic approach and thoroughly exploring social and cultural factors during treatment. She utilizes various clinical modalities, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), and she always employs a strengths-based approach that seeks to empower clients to identify and pursue solutions that capitalize on their unique strengths and capabilities.
