Here to Help You Heal

I believe that everyone already possesses resilience and strengths. Therapy is not about fixing who you are—it’s about helping you recognize and build upon the strengths you already have, understand the patterns that may no longer serve you, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful, connected, and authentic.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, relationship challenges, family conflict, life transitions, and the emotional impact of difficult life experiences. In particular, I’m interested in supporting immigrants, bicultural individuals, and professionals navigating cultural expectations, identity, performance pressure, and interpersonal relationships. If you or someone you love is experiencing these challenges, please reach out today for help.

My Approach to Care

Our relationships—with ourselves, our families, and the people around us—play a central role in our emotional well-being. Together, we explore the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others. While understanding these patterns can provide valuable insight, our work remains grounded in the present, helping you cultivate greater resilience, flexibility, and confidence in creating the life and relationships you want.

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and evidence-based. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-based, and trauma-informed approaches, I strive to create a space where you feel understood, empowered, and supported as you continue growing toward what matters most to you.
